Cancellation Policy for all Registered Programs:
Pre-Paid Programs CHS will grant full refunds for all pre-paid programs up to five (5) business days prior to the event or workshop. Refunds will not be granted within the five (5) business day period immediately before the class start date. Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
By Donation Programs and Events Please contact Mackin House should you be unable to attend. This allows the people on the waitlist to participate. No shows may be prohibited from registering for future “by donation” events at CHS.
Tour Bookings Thank you for booking a tour with us. Final tour numbers are requested five (5) days before the tour booking date. This number is then the minimum charge for the tour booking regardless of lower attendance.
Notice of Filming:
We like to show everyone how much fun our events and programs are, so we often have staff photographers on site to capture the moment. Pictures and videos are used in Coquitlam Heritage advertising online and in print materials.
If you object to having your or your child’s picture taken, please let the photographer or other staff know during the event.

We offer an array of tours you can choose from during your next visit with us.
Looking for a space to host your next event? We offer a period-home with vintage décor and furniture that will impress your guests.
SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Coquitlam Heritage offers a variety of school programs for students at the museum and in the classroom, including Heritage Bins, Education Kits, Museum Tours, and Pop-Up Exhibits - all aligning with BC’s ccurriculum for the given grades
HERITAGE RESIDENCIES
Heritage Residencies is an ongoing programme that invites heritage makers from various fields and professions to create projects and activities in collaboration with Coquitlam Heritage. The programme’s purpose is to reflect the diversity and abilities of heritage makers in our community, providing them with a platform to research, develop new work, and host workshops.
