In our second session of Feasts of Coquitlam, we’ll be joined by local home cook Carlo Javier who will be demonstrating and talking about a variety of Filipino food. Guests will be able to watch his demonstration and then enjoy a meal together in our heritage house dining room.

Sinangag (Garlic fried rice)
Turon (Sweet banana and jackfruit spring rolls)
