Our Feasts of Coquitlam series is back for 2025! Join us in this first session where local cooking instructor Victoria Paikin will demonstrate and display foods from Ukrainian culture.
Menu:
Summer Beet borscht - Chodnyak with garlic and herb pampushkis rolls.
Clay pot beef stew with sour cream gravy
Side dishes: vinaigrette salad, Olivier and pickled mushrooms.
For dessert: Sirniki - cottage cheese pancakes.
