Learn to make “Gỏi gà” a chicken cabbage salad dish, on rice soup. This dish can also be made with duck and other vegetables. Fresh herbs are an important part of Vietnamese cooking and reflect the climate and the brilliant balance that Vietnam dishes strive for.
