What better way to spend Valentine's Day than finger deep in melted chocolates, white and milk and dark and ..... You will learn the basics of tempering couverture chocolate (the good stuff) and a few options for making fillings, such as nut pastes. We will make chocolate heart shaped baskets for that special dessert and there will be clusters and barks and truffles, Oh my! You will also get to participate in traditional Parlour activities with your fellow chocolate makers. Make sure to bring along a container for your delicious take home bounty. Appetizers provided and wine available for minimal additional cost. Singles and couples welcome! Ages 19+. Cost is $35.
